Return/Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products (embroidery and laser engraving), all sales are final and non-refundable once production has started.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.
To Request a Refund:
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No Refunds For:
  • Custom orders where design proofs were approved.
  • Change of mind after order confirmation.
  • Slight color or sizing variations due to screen displays or handcrafting.
